Grounded in your documents, not the internet
The assistant only reads what you give it: the job folder, the quoting history, the spec sheets and the price lists. When someone asks what breaker was specified for a kitchen circuit, it finds the site notes for that job and quotes them back, with the page it came from.
If the answer isn't in your documents, it says so. That matters more than sounding clever. A confident wrong answer on site costs far more than an honest "I can't find that".
Useful on site and in the office
On site, the crew asks about past work, product specs and who to call. In the office, the same assistant drafts a quote from three similar jobs you've done before, checks a rate against the last invoice to that client, or summarises a long supplier email into the two lines that matter.
It runs in the tools you already have open, whether that's a chat app, an email inbox or a simple web page pinned to the phone's home screen.
Private by design
We work inside your existing accounts with the least access the job needs, sign an NDA before we look at anything, and build on infrastructure that already carries SOC 2 and ISO certification. Your job notes and pricing are never used to train a model. When we hand over, the accounts are in your name.
